When will my order be delivered?

Within 2 days to the North Island & 4 days to the South Island from date stock is available to be despatched from DHL.

 

Can I change the quantity or colour I have ordered or change the address for delivery?

For security reasons, once the order has been placed and paid for we are unable to make any changes.

 

Can I drop my appliance off to one of the Kitchen Things retail stores if it is faulty?

Please contact us first and we will let you know the best course of action.

 

Can I purchase the SMEG small appliances in Kitchen Things stores?

Yes you can. Find your nearest Kitchen Things store here.

 

Why can't I use a P.O. Box as my delivery address? 

It is important to us to make sure that each delivery reaches the right person in a timely fashion. We need to deliver to a home or work address where someone can sign for the delivery.

 

I'm accessing this site from outside New Zealand. Can I still place an order?

Yes, but only if the delivery address is within New Zealand. At this stage we do not deliver outside of New Zealand.

 

How much does delivery cost?

North Island - $12.50 per order

South Island - $22.50 per order

 

What if my appliance has a fault?

In the unlikely event that your appliance may have developed a fault, please give us a call on 0800 763 448 or email us on customerservice@applico.co.nz.

 

Can I order over the phone?

Yes please call our customer service team on 0800 763 448. We will still need to email you the terms and conditions of sale.
